Attorney David Azarian

David P. Azarian graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1985 with a Juris Doctor Degree. From 1986 to 2007, he practiced law as an associate, then as a partner, with the law firm of Wensley, Jones and Azarian, PLLC of Rochester, New Hampshire, before starting his own firm in 2008.

Mr. Azarian is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New Hampshire, including the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit of the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Azarian's areas of practice include all aspects of consumer and business bankruptcy and reorganization, creditor's and debtor's rights, commercial contracts, out-of-court negotiations with creditors, negotiations with the IRS, business formations and start-ups, and business sales and acquisitions.

Mr. Azarian is a member of the New Hampshire and Strafford County Bar Associations, as well as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a former president of the Strafford County Bar Association, and is a member of the Rules Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.
