A business and consumer law boutique, Azarian Law Office, PLLC, was founded by Attorney David Azarian, a lawyer of 25 years experience, and a former partner in a mid-sized New Hampshire law firm. Mr. Azarian established Azarian Law Office, PLLC with a vision to provide clients with cost-effective, highly personalized, and expert legal counsel. Our mission is to provide large firm expertise on a more cost-efficient basis.

We concentrate our practice on individual and commercial debt restructuring, including personal and corporate bankruptcy and reorganization. We also assist clients in business formation, commercial contracts, out-of-court restructuring, negotiations with the IRS, and resolution of commercial disputes.
